1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using English Aunty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Studio Mesmer, First Floor, D-71, Hauz Khas, New Delhi – 110016, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at hello@studiomesmer.com.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

  • Free Plan: 5 minutes of speaking practice per month and access to 5 lesson categories at no charge.
  • Starter (₹499/month): 60 minutes per month, all lesson categories.
  • Practice (₹899/month): 120 minutes per month, all lesson categories.
  • Fluent (₹1,999/month): 300 minutes per month, all lesson categories, priority support.
  • All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay.
  • Subscriptions are monthly and must be renewed manually. There is no automatic recurring billing.
  • Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or abusive content during voice sessions

6. AI-Generated Content

The speaking practice sessions are powered by artificial intelligence. While we strive for quality, AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. English Aunty is a practice tool and should not be treated as a substitute for professional language instruction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, lesson materials, and software on English Aunty are owned by Studio Mesmer and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@studiomesmer.com.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studio Mesmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
