Refund & Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy (with exceptions)

All payments made on English Aunty are final and non-refundable. However, if a payment fails, is charged incorrectly, or your plan is not activated due to a technical issue on our end, a full refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

When will you get a refund?

  • Payment was deducted but your plan was not activated.
  • You were charged twice for the same transaction.
  • A technical error on our side caused the payment to fail mid-process.

In these cases, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days of our confirmation.

1. No Refunds

English Aunty operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made for any subscription plan (Starter, Practice, or Fluent), the amount will not be refunded, regardless of whether you have used the service or not.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@studiomesmer.com.
  • Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your remaining minutes will continue to be available until your plan expires.
  • Once the current period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. No further charges will be made.
  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.

3. Plan Expiry

  • Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Unused speaking minutes do not carry over to the next billing period.
  • After expiry, access to premium lessons and additional speaking minutes will be revoked.

4. Exceptional Circumstances & Refunds

If your payment did not go through correctly — for example, money was deducted but your plan was not activated, or you were charged more than once — please contact us within 7 days at hello@studiomesmer.com with your payment details and transaction ID. We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, process a full refund to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription, email us at: hello@studiomesmer.com Please include your registered email address and the reason for cancellation. We will process your request within 2 business days.
