No Refund Policy
All payments made on English Aunty are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription plan is purchased, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. No Refunds
English Aunty operates a strict no-refund policy. Once a payment is made for any subscription plan (Starter, Practice, or Fluent), the amount will not be refunded, regardless of whether you have used the service or not.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@studiomesmer.com.
- Upon cancellation, your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Your remaining minutes will continue to be available until your plan expires.
- Once the current period ends, your account will revert to the Free plan. No further charges will be made.
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any previous billing period.
3. Plan Expiry
- Each subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Unused speaking minutes do not carry over to the next billing period.
- After expiry, access to premium lessons and additional speaking minutes will be revoked.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In the rare event of a technical failure on our part (e.g., payment deducted but plan not activated), please contact us within 7 days at hello@studiomesmer.com with your payment details. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
